Flag of the Prime Minister's Guard (RD)

This is an updated version of the Flag of the Prime Minister's Guard featuring the Prime Minister's Emblem, used in a fictional nation called the Russian Dominion, created by AdmiralMichalis. My character, Rik Latyeskov, is the Prime Minister of said nation in his story "Crown and Empire" and has yet to make his debut. He is in command of the Prime Minister's Guard, who are one of the most elite fighting units in all of Russia and her colonies. The text on the ribbon says "Guard of the Prime Minister of the Russian Dominion" in Russian.
