Sergeant Khruzhev's PB Pistol (CD)

The trusted sidearm of Sergeant Slavasky Khruzhev of the 13th Spetsnaz was a slightly modified PB pistol with additional rails for desired attachments, a painted New USSR flag on the side, and an engraving of the letters "СК+ВБ" or "SK+VB". The reason behind this engraving is because [REDACTED]. The PB Pistol is a Makarov PM with an integrated suppressor.
