Fictional Nation Profile of the Republic of Canada

The Republic of Canada, during the 2nd Great Depression, also had somewhat isolationist leanings, however near the end of the 2030's, a new sentiment in Canada arose: one that had Latyeskovist leanings. And leading the Latyeskovist cause in Canada was none other than former General of the Canadian Army, Senator Noah Graham, who spearheaded the formation of the Canadian Socialist Worker's Party in the 2030's. In late 2040, he won the election of Prime Minister, thanks to the New USSR funding his election, and although he was a Latyeskovist, he made a compromise to the Canadians that still wanted to be allied with the United Kingdom, and more specifically the House of Windsor, and thus Canada continues to stay within the British Commonwealth. Since the Republic had no official Coat of Arms, the Republic of Canada adopted the Socialist Worker's Party's emblem (noahl2001.deviantart.com/art/E…), and placed the nation's name on the bottom ribbon, replacing the Party's name. To this day, Canada is a strong military ally to the New USSR, possessing experimental hand-held laser weapons and armored exo-suits the Canadian military dubbed Power Armor.

This fictional nation was co-created by the Prime Minister himself, and has given me ideas in helping me write Arc IV of Crimson Dawn, which is currently in the brain-storming stages.
